Olha Oborina and Nadia Sobko

Olha Oborina (b. 1996, Lviv) is a Ukrainian artist and cinematographer. She works with videos and installations. She graduated from the Department of Cinematography (Bohdan Verzhbytskyi workshop) at the Institute of Screen Arts of the Ivan Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television. She completed the Contemporary Art course (curated by Maryna Shcherbenko) at SKVOT. Currently, she is the Chief Cinematographer and Coordinator of cameramen at Ukraїner media. She works with the subjects of a sense of home, the consequences of Russian captivity, and feminism.

Nadia Sobko (b. 1994, Lviv) is a multidisciplinary artist who works with concepts and memories. She has a long-term relationship with clay, officially acknowledged by obtaining a master’s degree at Lviv National Academy of Arts in 2020. After the start of a full-scale invasion, she tries to work with the subject of war both in Ukraine and on foreign platforms.
