Olena Kryvoruchko

Olena Kryvoruchko (b. 1995, town of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region) is a Ukrainian visual artist and photographer. Photography holds a central position in her artistic endeavors. Through this medium, she explores the realms of corporeality, delving into the perception of the human body and intimacy. Since the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion, she has initiated and curated several multimedia projects in collaboration with international audio and performing artists, focusing on the impact of war on the human experience. She has participated in group exhibitions across Ukraine, Germany, Poland, and Sweden. One of her photographic works has found a place in the collection of the Botkyrka Municipality in Stockholm. She primarily resides and works in Kyiv, Ukraine.
