My projects are integrity, full of anxieties, joys, sadness, hope, and ongoing everyday struggle. I have never turned to this practice before. However, from last year until now it has become another way to spotlight changes.

Having nothing but paper, I started recalling my childhood experience. I shared it with my students in online classes whenever possible. You do not need anything but a piece of "something" that looks like paper. You can work with your hands, tearing off pieces, cutting, plucking, gently and carefully, or with anger.
