Inga Levi

Inga Levi (b. 1986, Kyiv) is a Ukrainian artist. She lives and works in Kyiv. She studied book illustration at the Publishing and Printing Faculty of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky” and worked with graphics and painting. In the 2000s, she became interested in urban space, architecture and monumental art, which was reflected in artistic practice as work with the urban landscape. From 2018 to 2019, she was the mosaic restoration works curator at the fountain "Stars and Constellations" by Ada Rybachuk and Volodymyr Melnychenko at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth. In 2021, she continued this experience in the restoration of the monumental interior of Kyiv Central Bus Station. also performed by Ada Rybachuk and Volodymyr Melnychenko. Since 2015 he has been a member of the group for the preservation of the photo archive of Hutsul artist Paraska Plytka-Horytsvit. In 2021, she completed the Contemporary Art course at the Kyiv Academy of Media Arts and became a fellow of the Gaude Polonia program in the field of Visual Arts.
