Danylo Movchan
Danylo Movchan (b. 1979, Lviv) is a Ukrainian artist engaged in iconography, painting, and artwork restoration. He studied at the Department of Restoration at the Ivan Trush Lviv State College of Decorative and Applied Arts. After that, Danylo studied at the Department of Sacred Art at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Ukrainian Union of Icon Painters. The author's works are in churches and private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Finland, Italy, France, Canada, and the USA. Danylo participated in more than 90 group shows and several international plein airs in Ukraine and abroad.
